Refund policy. Plain terms, no fine print.

When a refund applies

A purchase is refundable in full when both of these hold:

• The request is made within 14 days of the charge.
• You have used less than 10% of your plan's token allotment. On the Pro plan that is 12 of 120 tokens, which is enough to generate around six ads and judge the quality for yourself.

How to request one

Email hello@img-pt.com from your account email with the subject “Refund request” and a short note on why. That is all we need. We reply within 2 business days, and an approved refund reaches your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When a refund is processed, the subscription is cancelled immediately and the account returns to the unpaid state.

What is not covered

• Renewals and later billing cycles. The guarantee covers the first charge of a subscription. If you forget to cancel a renewal, write to us anyway and we will look at it case by case.
• Token top-ups purchased separately from a plan.
• A second guarantee. The money back guarantee applies once per customer.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel any time from your plan page, no questions asked. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
