Affiliate terms

Every application is reviewed by a person before it is approved. We look at where your audience is and whether IMGPT is a sensible fit for them. We may decline an application without giving a reason, and we may close an account later if the way it is being promoted stops matching what was described at application.

You must be able to receive payments in your own name or your company's name, and you are responsible for any tax owed on what you earn. We do not withhold tax on your behalf.

You may not apply on behalf of someone else, and you may not hold more than one affiliate account.

You earn 50% of every payment a customer you referred makes to IMGPT, for as long as that customer stays subscribed. There is no cap on the number of payments and no 12 month limit.

Commission is calculated on the amount that reaches us after payment processing fees, not on the list price. The current fee assumption is published on the affiliate page along with a worked example. If our processing costs change materially, we will update that figure and tell you before it affects a payout.

Commission is paid on the actual amount charged. That includes discounted payments, such as a reduced first month, and it means a discount reduces your commission in proportion rather than voiding it.

The first 25 approved partners keep 50% permanently, on every customer they ever refer, including customers referred after the public rate changes. The public rate for partners approved after that is 40%.

Your tracking link sets a cookie that lasts 90 days. If the visitor subscribes within that window, the sale is attributed to you on a last click basis: if the customer later clicks another affiliate's link before subscribing, the commission goes to that affiliate instead.

Attribution depends on the customer's browser. Cookies can be cleared, blocked, or lost when someone switches device between clicking and paying. We attribute what we can see, and we cannot pay commission on a sale our tracking never recorded.

You may not use your own link to subscribe yourself, and you may not arrange for someone to subscribe on your behalf to generate commission. Self referral voids the commission and is grounds for closing the account.

Payouts run monthly, on the 15th of the following month. A commission is included in a run once the payment it came from has cleared the 14 day refund window.

The minimum payout is $50. If your cleared balance is below that when a run happens, it stays in your balance and rolls into the next run. It is never forfeited or expired.

The payout method is confirmed with you when your application is approved. You are responsible for giving us correct payment details, and for any fees your own bank or payment provider charges to receive the money.

If a payout fails because the details you gave us are wrong or out of date, the balance stays in your account and goes out on the next run after you correct them.

IMGPT offers a 14 day money back guarantee on a customer's first charge. If a payment is refunded or charged back before its commission has been paid out, the commission is reversed and removed from your balance.

Commissions that have already been paid out are not clawed back retroactively. That is the reason for the clearance period rather than an oversight.

If a referred customer's payments are consistently refunded or disputed, we may pause payouts on that account while we look into it, and we will tell you when we do.

Paid advertising is allowed, including paid social. This is deliberate: most programs in this category ban paid traffic, and we would rather you had the option.

You may not bid on IMGPT brand terms, our domain name, or close misspellings of either on search engines. You may not use paid search ads that present themselves as IMGPT's own.

You may not run ads, pages, or profiles that impersonate IMGPT, use our branding as though you are us, or imply an employment or official partnership relationship you do not have. Describe yourself as an affiliate or partner. Anywhere you earn commission, disclose that clearly, as the FTC and equivalent rules in your country require.

You may not post your link or code on coupon, deal, or voucher sites, in cashback or incentive schemes, or anywhere the offer is the only reason someone would click.

You may not make claims about IMGPT that we have not made ourselves. Specifically: do not promise results, performance figures, revenue outcomes, or features that do not exist. If you are unsure whether a claim is safe, ask us first.

You may not send unsolicited bulk email, use automated traffic, bots, or click generation, or promote through any channel you do not have permission to use.

Approved affiliates get an IMGPT account at no cost, so you can use the product properly before recommending it. It is for your own use and for producing content about IMGPT.

It is not for serving clients commercially, and it is not transferable. If your affiliate account closes, the free account closes with it.

You can leave at any time, and so can we. If you leave, or we close your account for a reason other than fraud or a breach of these terms, your cleared balance is paid out on the next run in the normal way.

If we close an account for self referral, fraudulent traffic, or a serious breach of section 6, unpaid commissions are void. We will tell you what we found and give you a chance to respond before that is final.

Ending the arrangement stops future commissions. It does not retroactively cancel commissions already cleared and paid.

We may update these terms. If a change affects what you earn or how you are paid, we will tell active affiliates by email before it takes effect.

A rate change never applies backwards, and it never applies to a locked founding rate. If you hold one of the 25 founding spots, 50% is yours regardless of what this page says later.
